Our heat exchangers are available in popular sizes ranging from
18Kcal to 90Kcal. These all stainless steel heat exchangers are
ideal for providing for the heating for spas or pools where another
heat source, such as a domestic hot water boiler, solar panels, heat
pump, or other heater already exists.
The source water is circulated within the heat exchanger in its
separate passageway, and the spa or pool water passes through
the heat exchanger in its own passageway. In doing so, heat is
exchanged (or transfered) from source water to the pool or spa
water.
All heat exchangers have a 1inch MIPT threaded source water
inlet/outlet. The pool or spa water connections are made through
two 2 inch unions sockets. A built-in thermowell allows for
monitoring of the spa or pool water temperature at the heat
exchanger through a separate user supplied thermostat bulb
control which controls the on/off of the source water circulation
pump. Two stainless steel mounting brackets are also included with
each heat exchanger.
